1. What hours are you open?

The Village Office Lobby is open from 8am-4pm, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

The office is closed on Wednesdays

2. Where is the Village Office located?

The Village Office is located at 101 S. Broadway Street in Union City. The office is located at the corner of Coldwater Road and S. Broadway Street on the North East corner. The parking lot can be accessed from Coldwater Road or S. Broadway Street.

3. How can I pay my utility bill?

You can pay in person with check, credit/debit card, or cash. You can pay via the telephone at 517-741-8591 with a credit/debit card. You can also pay via ACH payments, by having the amount due automatically deducted from your checking account each month (stop by the Village Office for an ACH form). Another option available is to pay via the "Online Bill Pay" button on this web site. PLEASE NOTE: that credit card fees will apply that are charged from the processing bank.

4. Does it cost extra to use a credit card when paying my utility bill?

Yes. The processing bank charges a fee to the Village which is passed along to the customer. This fee is approximately $3 per $100, and is subject to change. If requested, our staff can advise you of the exact fee amount prior to processing the card.
